The fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro, a pony car that was manufactured from 2010 to 2015. It is the fifth distinct generation of the muscle/pony car to be produced since its original introduction in 1967. Production of the fifth-generation model began on March 16, 2009 after several years on hiatus since the previous generation's production ended in 2002 and went on sale to the public in April 2009 for the 2010 model year. The SS with manual transmission is powered by the 6.2 litre GM LS3 V8 engine rated at 426 bhp at 5,900 rpm with 420 lb ft of torque at 4,600 rpm.
Supplied to Farnsworth Chevrolet Inc. New York in 2010 this example was imported into the UK in 2013, a well specified example finished in Daytona white with red rally stripe with full SS sports leather upholstery in charcoal and oxblood with silver/inferno orange trim. Supplied with the ‘Transformers pack’ including digital air con, Pioneer LCD with iPod connectivity, Boston CD sound system, Bluetooth and reverse camera. Also specified with electric heated mirrors, Xenon lights, 20-inch dark chrome SS alloys and electric tinted glass sunroof. When imported the car had one owner from new and was supplied with CarFax report and HPi certificate. Recently serviced and with a good history file featuring four services from Belmont Chevrolet, Greystone an American specialist and recently Surry Lodge.
